Nora Liu Carroll has been a proud resident of the Richmond community for over 30 years. Her career with DuPont allowed her to expand her technical engineering skills into the corporate business world, where she was responsible for driving international market growth through new product launches. In 2020, she pivoted her skills to launch a new business focused on supporting young adults with complex disabilities—a passion project she continues to nurture.

Now, Nora brings her corporate business and marketing experience to small businesses, helping them grow by applying business best practices. Through her company, Carroll Compass, she partners with local companies to uncover opportunities by refining marketing approaches and improving operation efficiencies.  By optimizing resources and processes, she helps boost profitability and long-term success.
