My Passion Project
Nora is an advocate for the RVA Disability Community. Raising a child with severe disabilities for 29 years, she was led to pursue a mission to fill a gap in the RVA community. She utilized her business expertise to launch a new non profit, Nest Academy RVA, a program for those with complex disabilities. After only 4 years and the strong foundation Nora built, Nest is being governed solely by the new board and paid executive director. Nora collaborates with many organizations in Richmond to fill the gaps and enrich lives of individuals, their families and care providers. She gives back by sharing and developing resources supporting the Special Needs Community.
