Nora is a dedicated advocate for the RVA Disability. Having spent three decades raising a child with severe disabilities, she took the initiative to create meaningful change in the special need community. With her career experience in corporate business, she launched Nest Academy RVA, a nonprofit program dedicated to young adults with complex disabilities. In just four years, Nora built a foundation at Nest that is now governed by the board of directors and supported by three skilled employees. She actively collaborates with various organizations in to enhance the lives of individuals, their families, and caregivers, to create more opportunities for the special needs community.
